Return Policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received—unused, unworn, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the desired item is to return the original product (if eligible). Once the return is approved, you may place a new order separately.


Refunds
